Anna's Daisy Chain Quilt

I know I've mentioned before that I've spent most of the last several months working on a Daisy Chain Quilt for my sister's wedding. Even amidst tax season and working on her bridal shower, I managed to crank it out in time for the shower! I was so excited to finish it, especially since each quilt I create turns out better than the last! My sister and her fiance both love lime green, so I used a color palette that I knew they would love. It took me a while to settle on the right one (not too much floral for the groom!) and I'm really happy with how it turned out!

I started with a pattern from Jelly Roll Quilts and adapted it a little bit to get where I wanted to go. Here are some pictures of the finished project!

I just love the fabric on the back! It's so beautiful that you could use the blanket pieced-side down if you wanted to!

I loved this quilt pattern and I think that with some graphic prints it looks really modern. This is the second quilt pattern I've used from this book, and I am really excited to start another one. They have both turned out even better than I had expected! So after a few month hiatus, expect a new quilt in my Etsy shop soon!
